ACCOMMODATION
In agreeance with the association, Hotel Elms will reserve 80 rooms for the conference dates. These rooms will be reserved till the 30th June 2026, and will strictly be first in, first serve.
The cost of these rooms is $199 NZD (GST Inclusive) per night, for a single or twin share room.
Should you wish to reserve a room, the below form must be filled out, and emailed direct to reservations@hotelelms.co.nz.

Should you wish to arrange your own accommodation, there is a number of motels, apartments and hotels located along Papanui Road, most of which are in walking distance of Hotel Elms.
